I played a crucial role in the research, development, and innovation of new galley products. My responsibilities encompassed:

Ipeco Holdings Ltd

Southend-On-Sea

  • Conducting thorough research and testing to identify areas for improvement and potential new features for Ipeco’s galley products

  • Designing innovative concepts that aligned with Ipeco’s portfolio and addressed customer needs

  • Prototyping and testing the designed concepts to evaluate their functionality, usability and adherence to design specifications

  • Presenting new ideas and findings to the engineering team and management, effectively communicating the potential benefits of the proposed innovations

Ipeco is a world leader in aircraft crew seating and executive jet passenger seating, and is now branching out into the electrical galley insert sector.

Pret A Manger

Alongside my degree studies, I worked as a part-time Barista at Pret. Working at Pret has provided me with a valuable foundation of transferable skills that will be highly beneficial for a career in design.
